Cancellations/Refunds

• On-Site Conference: You may cancel without penalty if cancellation requests are received up to and including two (2) days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations less than two (2) days prior to the start of the conference will require fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the on-site conference begins.
• Online Conference: You may cancel without penalty if cancellation requests are received up to and including two (2) days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations less than two (2) days prior to the start of the conference will require fifty percent (50%) of the registration fees. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the online conference begins.
• All other fees (including application, admission and annual subscription fees) are non-refundable.
